Gary Banko
Gary Banko has more than three decades of management experience, with large and small professional service firms and in independent consulting practice, with broad experience in planning, organizing, developing and managing teams and organizations of professionals.
His career has included employment with:
- Oracle
- Arthur D. Little
- Booz-Allen & Hamilton
- Stone & Webster
His experience has included: management at the project, departmental, and corporate officer levels; information technology from systems analysis, design and development to network systems management to user support and training; and marketing, encompassing planning, research, sales, and commercial analysis and contract negotiation.
He established ISM Consulting as a management consulting practice, devoted to working with independent business owners to help them remove obstacles to their success — and to restore the vision they had when they started their business.
With an undergraduate engineering degree, and a Masters in Business Administration, augmented by extensive corporate experience, he has a combination of skills and resources that enable him to understand a wide range of business issues, and to develop innovative solutions, offering a level of professional advice and support not generally available to small business today.
